High school diploma or equivalency 3+ years of building engineer experience and experience with all facets of HVAC Third-grade engineer license EPA CFC License OSHA 10 certification is desired Available for after-hour and weekend repairs Skilled in HVAC installs, services, and repairs Familiarity with air handlers with pneumatic and digital controls Understanding of AHU preheating and reheating of coils Knowledge of centralized chilled water systems and related equipment Knowledge of high-pressure steam plant operations, including water treatment Competency in using power and hand tools Ability to troubleshoot and respond/complete service work orders Ability to understand written and oral instructions Ability to read Architectural and Manufacturing blueprints Ability to perform essential building maintenance and emergency repairs Ability to work effectively with customers, building tenants, and team members Chill Bean system knowledge is a plus AVERAGE DAY AS A STATIONARY ENGINEER As a Stationary Engineer, you will play a vital role in keeping the facility running efficiently. Your day will involve operating and maintaining HVAC and mechanical systems, troubleshooting issues with boilers, chillers, and building automation controls, and responding to service requests to ensure optimal functionality. You'll work hands-on with heating and cooling systems, air handlers, and digital control systems, making adjustments as needed to keep everything in peak condition. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 3+ years of building engineer experience and experience with all facets of HVAC
  • Third-grade engineer license
  • EPA CFC License
  • Available for after-hour and weekend repairs
