About The Position
The Manager-Line Maintenance is responsible to the appropriate General Manager Line Maintenance for the safe, compliant, and economical performance of all Line Maintenance functions in their respective station. Review, manage, and resolve technical as well as administrative issues in the station. Daily oversight of maintenance activities, while working with all operational departments of the station to ensure all facets of the operation are supported. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being. Implements and monitors operating budget and performance plan. Tier III HNL.
