As a Resident Assistant (STNA/CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.
Requirements
- Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
- OR currently enrolled in an STNA/CNA program and will start program or graduate within next 30 days
- OR recently completed STNA/CNA training with a scheduled test within next 30 days
- OR nursing student who has completed at least 1 term of clinicals
- Remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced situations.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and positive connections with residents and staff.
- Be reliable and consistent, someone your team and residents can count on.
- Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Work well in a team environment, lifting others up when needed.
- Take initiative, noticing what needs to be done before being asked.
