Requirements
- Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)
- CPR certification preferred
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training available)
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility
- Provide resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence
- Monitor health changes and report updates to nursing staff promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and care team members to follow individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Build meaningful connections by offering companionship and encouragement
