The Change Analyst role involves proactively assisting in the delivery of engagement activities and managing deliverables. The individual will work independently with minimal supervision, developing relationships across the engagement team. Key responsibilities include leading tasks or work streams within client engagements, overseeing junior staff, and guiding client and internal subject matter expert conversations. The analyst will develop strategies for complex Organizational Change Management (OCM) challenges, contribute to the team’s industry acumen, and lead change management projects to develop and implement strategies and plans. This includes conducting user-centered research to increase customer awareness and adoption of change, creating content for stakeholder engagement, and executing change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments to identify and address barriers to change. The role requires communicating with all levels of an organization, preparing briefings for senior executives, tracking change program status, and supporting the continuous improvement of Guidehouse's change management methodologies. Additionally, the analyst will participate in business development activities such as proposals, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
