KIPP Texas Public Schools is a free, public charter school network with more than 45 Pre-K - 12 schools across Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. KIPP Public Schools is a national network of 278 schools with nearly 16,500 educators and 190,000 students and alumni. The State & Federal Grants Analyst is responsible for maximizing funding opportunities for KIPP Texas through Federal and State formula funds and other grants. This role involves collaboration with various departments including Accounting, FP&A, Special Education, Academics, PEIMS, Operations, IT, and the Superintendent to manage received funds and determine eligible expenditures. The Analyst also works directly with KIPP Texas School Leaders on grants like Instructional Materials Allotment and Charter Start-up Funds, and is responsible for auditing federal grants to ensure compliance with timesheets, highly qualified status, and all required elements. This position is critical for promoting the proper utilization and documentation of Federal & State Grants, aligning with KIPP Texas's values to chase excellence, persist with purpose, and bring joy, and their mission to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and character strengths needed for future opportunities.
