The Startup Program Manager will be a program specialist joining at the ground floor of the program’s growth. This role involves setup and optimizing scalable program processes, including acceptances and support communications, as well as new program initiatives, including managing and building our startup program partner community.

  • Build and operate programs to support early-stage startups at scale.
  • Manage and optimize application acceptance workflows.
  • Act as front-line communications to the startup community by directing questions and providing answers.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting and analytics needs.
  • Help to build and nurture our growing partner community as well as our startup ecosystem.
  • Manage co-marketing opportunities with our startup community and coordinate content creation.
  • Work with our systems teams to improve internal processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute outreach activity with startups.
  • Support partner and startup acquisition campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, economics, marketing or technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in startup partner program management, marketing program execution, or demand generation in a technology company
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Analytics, and Marketing Operations, as well as our startups and startup partners
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical in order to prioritize opportunities, test, and implement successful campaigns
