About The Position

Starlink is delivering high-speed, low-latency internet to the world’s most remote regions, and the Account Management team is at the forefront of this mission. Our Account Management team manages customer lifecycles from onboarding to growth. We're hiring an entry-level Account Specialist to handle high-volume orders, account setup, and operations for government partner accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary operational contact for assigned government accounts
  • Review and validate purchase orders and documents such as Purchase Orders, Letters of Authorization, and Pricing for Compliance
  • Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures
  • Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per the customer’s contracts
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation
  • Track order timelines and flag risks to revenue and activation goals
  • Maintain precise records in internal systems and trackers
  • Spot friction points and suggest scalable process and system improvements
  • Ensure accounts are activated and invoiced on forecasted schedules
