About The Position

StarDrive Solution Train Engineer - Level 5 Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Be More Than You Can Imagine . As a key member of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Digital Transformation organization, the Solution Train Engineer will be a Servant Leader and Coach for the StarDrive Solution Train, facilitating and guiding the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the 3DX digital thread ecosystem. This highly visible role will coordinate, facilitate, and help to guide the constituent Agile Release Trains (ARTs), IT Systems, and organizations toward productive outcomes. The Solution Train Engineer (STE) possesses a systems view of the entire development and delivery process. Working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, the Solution Train Engineer will have the following responsibilities: Facilitates and guides the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the Value Stream Lead and coordinate the large solution delivery PI cadence Act as a Lean-Agile Leader to the train and often as a Coach to others within the Solution Train and ARTs regarding Lean and Agile practices. Be a relationship builder, establishing vital connections within and outside the Solution Train to help the portfolio operate as a collaborative, adaptive network Facilitate synchronization across the Solution Train coordinating or hosting regular syncs to keep the Solution Train on track. Requirements

• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Proven experience working across functions and Programs to deliver results

Nice To Haves

• Certified in SAFe a plus
• Experience as a Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager desired
• Experience leading complex IT Systems Integration efforts
• Business Process Reengineering experience desired
• Experience managing across organizational boundaries
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
• Experience working with Dassault 3DExperience Platform a plus
• Experience working with Dassault Apriso, Quintiq, or other Dassault Manufacturing systems a plus
• Strong Program Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to executives as well as to teams and individual contributors
