Responsibilities
- Craft Beverages: Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso beverages, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specialties
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming, memorable experience
- Product Knowledge: Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and highlight new offerings
- Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Store Maintenance: Clean workstations, restock supplies, and follow all food safety protocols
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient
