About The Position

Standout Emerging Leaders is a highly selective leadership experience designed to identify and develop the next generation of technical leaders at Procter & Gamble. This is not a traditional recruiting event — it’s a three-day immersive experience from August 4th – 7th, 2026 that brings together top early-career talent from across the country to experience P&G’s culture, innovation, and career opportunities firsthand. At P&G, technical innovation is driven by curiosity, data, and cutting-edge problem-solving. Standout Emerging Leaders gives you the opportunity to: Gain exposure to engineering and technology-driven problem solving Learn directly from senior leaders shaping P&G’s technical innovation Understand how insights, experimentation, and technology drive real-world business outcomes Explore long-term career pathways across P&G’s technical organizations Be evaluated beyond your résumé, through how you think critically, learn quickly, and lead with impact Selected candidates will be invited to an all-expenses-paid, three-day event at P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. During the experience, you will: Participate in hands-on business challenges and collaborative sessions Engage with leaders and technologists across Information Technology, Research & Development and Product Supply, gaining insight into how technical decisions drive business impact Experience P&G’s culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, understanding how technology and insights translate to real-world solutions Complete a final interview at the conclusion of the event High-Potential candidates will receive a summer internship offer for the following year (2027) within the technical function they are assigned at the conclusion of the program. Requirements

  • A Sophomore (or within three years of graduation) pursuing a technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical degree)
  • A strong collaborator with a growth mindset and leadership potential
  • Motivated by innovation, learning, and making real-world impact
  • Curious, analytical, and excited by solving complex problems
