Job Summary The Standard Commercial Account Manager (CAM) is a licensed agent who is responsible for providing customer service, policy maintenance, coverage placement, problem resolution and retention for an assigned group of commercial lines accounts. This role requires a thorough understanding of insurance products and state and federal laws that regulate insurance.
