Stand-Up Hilo/Reach Truck Operator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to move, locate, and stack products efficiently and safely within our warehouse. Attention to detail, safety compliance, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience on a Crown stand up hilo/reach truck.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery.
- Must be able to navigate a warehouse environment safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Crown stand-up hilo/reach truck to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Replenish picking locations by moving pallets of product from racking to restock inventory.
- Maintain inventory by tracking product locations and quantities.
- Perform routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Complete necessary documentation for inventory management and receiving.
