About The Position
The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and productivity within our organization. This position demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail. Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, You will normally work this shift, however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs. Operate under the direct supervision of the Department Supervisor, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures. Assume responsibility for assigning and directing workers in accordance with stringent production volume requirements, cost constraints, and quality standards. Ensure the timely achievement of production goals and adherence to critical delivery schedules. Maintain a constant focus on operational excellence, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to address and resolve any production-related issues promptly. Continuously monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Forklift experience - Minimum of 3 years
