Stand Manager
About The Position
Oversee daily stand operations, including opening and closing procedures. A Stand Manager is responsible for the supervision of non-profit groups and providing quality food and beverage service to each quest. The Concessions Stand Manager is responsible for leading high-volume food and beverage operations within a stadium or event venue. This role oversees day-of-event execution, staff leadership, inventory control, and guest experience in a fast-paced concessions environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at team leadership, and delivers consistent service during peak demand. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
