Summary: The Concession Stand Lead is responsible leading and organizing the operations at assigned concession stand, bar and/or portable carts to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere at that one location. The stand lead is responsible for inventory and product, but not ringing up product. The lead understands the content of the menu and ensures the timely delivery of food. Food safety and sanitation guidelines must be followed, as well as the set up and breakdown of service areas.
