About The Position

DecisionPoint seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Analyst (Journeyman) to support Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by conducting qualitative analysis of stakeholder feedback, sentiment, and narrative trends to assess perceptions, expectations, and emerging concerns. The Stakeholder Engagement Analyst evaluates messaging resonance and engagement effectiveness across diverse stakeholder groups and provides data informed recommendations to enhance trust, relevance, and brand reputation. This position supports the synthesis of qualitative findings into actionable insights that inform leadership decision making, strategic planning, and program execution. This position is fully remote. Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust from any federal agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience conducting qualitative analysis, stakeholder research, or engagement analysis.
  • Experience analyzing stakeholder sentiment, feedback, or narrative trends.
  • Experience supporting communications, outreach, or public engagement programs.
  • Experience with qualitative research and analysis methodologies.
  • Ability to synthesize complex qualitative data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with collaboration platforms, documentation tools, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong written analytical skills for narrative and summary reporting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to translate qualitative findings into practical recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent analysis efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal or public sector initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with sentiment analysis tools or qualitative coding techniques.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative program environments.
  • Certifications in research, analytics, communications, or stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative analysis of stakeholder feedback collected through listening sessions, surveys, forums, workshops, and engagement platforms.
  • Analyze stakeholder sentiment, narrative trends, and emerging themes related to MC&FP programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Assess messaging resonance and engagement effectiveness across stakeholder groups.
  • Identify stakeholder perceptions, expectations, risks, and opportunities that may impact program outcomes.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to enhance stakeholder trust, relevance, and brand reputation.
  • Support synthesis of qualitative findings into summaries, reports, and briefings for leadership and program teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder engagement managers, communications staff, and analysts to integrate qualitative insights into strategic planning.
  • Track engagement findings, thematic trends, and follow-up actions over time.
  • Support development of stakeholder engagement reports, dashboards, and narrative summaries.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency with established engagement methodologies.
  • Support continuous improvement of qualitative analysis approaches, tools, and reporting formats.
