Follows warehouse manager’s assignments for receiving, storage and staging for the delivery of food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Assists in delivery of stock to all food service locations including concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent, previous experience working in a warehouse or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience operating power tools and other equipment, such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, access lifts, or other light power-driven equipment preferred.
  • Work independently, exercising judgement and initiative.

  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
  • Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.

  • Interpret and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and/or schedule form.

  • Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient computer skills utilizing Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to understand and operate the property’s work order systems to submit and complete work orders.
  • Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
  • Must perform strenuous physical duties at times, including lifting, carrying, moving, and climbing.
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
  • Must be able to stretch and reach.
  • Climbing ladders and working from heights as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Manage and document accurate receiving and storing of GR Complex deliveries.
  • Assist in accurate and timely performance of all inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and dock area.
  • Responsible for the organizing of all equipment and supplies needed for events and staging for distribution and transport.
  • Assists with restock of stands/locations with food and beverage products as necessary.
  • Inspect all equipment upon return to the warehouse and report any damages.
  • Monitors and maintains proper methods of storing equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Monitors par levels of staple inventory and notifies purchasing manager of need to order as necessary.
  • Maintains constant communication with department leadership and staff to identify and address any supply and/or material needs.
  • Works directly with Purchasing Manager on incoming deliveries and special projects.
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policy practices and applicable laws. Responsible for ensuring that all staff producing purchase orders are following the correct procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company and industry safety standards.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
