Position Summary: The Stager 3 Team Member is a lead-level position on the Staging team with increased experience, skills, and responsibilities of a Stager 1 and a Stager 2. The Staging team’s goal is to prepare, organize, and set up the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging needed for the production process. Stagers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals. The Stager 3 fulfills their responsibilities by validating and reviewing the Staging team’s work. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • 1+ year with inventory counting or management.
  • Experience with computers and spreadsheets/MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good counting and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring hospitality into all interactions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
  • Knowledge of pertinent local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work with people of all backgrounds and identities.
  • Ability to coach, lead, and motivate Team Members.
  • Ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety.

  • Prepare, organize, and set up the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging needed for the production process.
  • Ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals.
