Position Summary: The Stager 3 Team Member is a lead-level position on the Staging team with increased experience, skills, and responsibilities of a Stager 1 and a Stager 2. The Staging team’s goal is to prepare, organize, and set up the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging needed for the production process. Stagers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals. The Stager 3 fulfills their responsibilities by validating and reviewing the Staging team’s work. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Requirements

2+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
1+ year with inventory counting or management.
Experience with computers and spreadsheets/MS Office.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Fluency in English.
Good counting and math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring hospitality into all interactions.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
Knowledge of pertinent local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations.
Ability to work with people of all backgrounds and identities.
Ability to coach, lead, and motivate Team Members.
Ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities

Validating and reviewing the Staging team’s work
Prepare, organize, and set up the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging needed for the production process.
Ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals.
