Using ice cream as the platform, we pioneer and share experiences that inspire and connect us all. Position Summary: The Stager 1 Team Member is an entry-level position on the Staging team. The Staging team’s goal is to prepare, organize, and set up the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging needed for the production process. Stagers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good counting and math skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
  • Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
