Summary of Functions Stage hands assist in setting up concerts, live events, and major productions as general labor. Stage hands unload trucks, and sets up staging, set pieces, risers, musical equipment, chairs, barricades, and any other needs of production. Stage Hands occasionally perform minor technical duties such as operating spotlights and cameras. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as a professional stagehand and general production labor for entertainment venues of the Resort and Casino. Includes loading and unloading trucks of a multitude of various. Required to be able to lift a minimum of 50 Ibs and be able to work at heights above 15 General event labor including but not limited to: Loading and unloading trucks. The setting up, taking down, moving, and arranging of chairs, tables, temporary staging, dressing rooms, dance floors, scaffolding, skirting and curtains to meet event.
