They collaborate with various teams to facilitate the hiring process, manage requisition entry, and assist with offboarding. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. What you will do: Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers, technical support, L&D, and HR to prepare for the successful onboarding of new hires. Coordinate the proper notification of and access to affiliates required for the role (i.e. AAA Life). Create onboarding tickets for new hires/internal transfers including equipment setup & ensuring system access. Notify necessary stakeholders upon passing background screenings to request role specific credentials, licenses, appointments, etc. Coordinate training schedules and materials for new hires with a sign-on sheet including usernames and passwords. Notify stakeholders promptly of any changes to start dates. Order business cards. Requisition Management: Serves as the central point of contact for opening requisitions. Partners with leadership team to ensure correct requisition data is entered. Monitor requisitions to ensure timely processing. License Management (BL/Insurance Specific): Ensure timely submittal and monitoring of Life Agent appointment process, proactively communicated any delays that could impact start date with Talent Acquisition. Verify licenses for new hires (active licenses or assist with obtaining licenses). Obtaining additional states non-resident licenses for the Life & Internal Sales new hires, including sending out Adobe Sign forms for SSN & employment history. Order training materials and guide unlicensed hires through exam sign-up and licensing. Assist in the tracking and reporting of agent licensing, designations, and appointments. Offboarding Process: Keep track of terminations to ensure timely removal of system access. Collaborate with relevant teams to manage the termination process effectively. Update records and communicate changes to relevant departments. Create offboarding tickets for terminations. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintains accurate records to account for budgeted, unbudgeted, and replacement openings. Identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience Required
