Under general direction of department leadership, utilizes Kronos time and attendance system to maintain appropriate procedures for implementation of advanced master scheduling for the assigned department. Create schedules and fill scheduled vacancies Data entry of all Kronos changes/updates Staffing sheet review and entry of all changes to insure UET/Reserve/Floating is appropriately coded Reviews payroll for excessive overtime Assists with data collection for presentation of department financial indicators and staffing related data. Creates and maintains spreadsheets as needed Strong organizational skills. Demonstrates and documented strong interpersonal skills. Good telephone etiquette and demonstrates appropriate time management skills. Ability to do accurate and precise work. Perform variety of clerical duties and work well in stressful situations. Assist with administrative duties as needed. Education/Experience Required Computer skills - Word, Power Point, Excel, graphics and spreadsheets. Experience in healthcare environment. Preferably with scheduling. Previous experience in secretarial/business support role. High School graduate with ability to read, write and perform math at the 12th grade level.
