Job Summary This position will be responsible for overall staffing operations to ensure that clients’ staffing needs are met. The incumbent will coordinate scheduling needs for all areas of clinical and non-clinical service lines, and will build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes and policies in order to understand staffing needs. Note: This is a temporary position created to support the implementation of Memorial Hermann’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. The assignment is expected to end around October 2027, at which time the position is expected to end. Temporary employees may not be eligible for all benefits and internal transfer opportunities. Additionally, policies may limit eligibility for internal transfer opportunities during the duration of this temporary role.
