This position assists with the management of the hiring process, including coordinating candidate interviews, scheduling candidate travel, and the onboarding process. The successful candidate will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team as needed, covering requisition and candidate tracking, new employee orientation, and managing candidate relationships. This role involves performing a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks and may support areas such as employee records, benefits, staffing, and compensation. A key responsibility is to maintain accurate employee data within the applicant tracking system, Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), and official Human Resources (HR) records. The successful candidate is expected to effectively interface with individuals at all levels of the organization.
