🚨 Are you a hunter? This role was built for you. We're placing 3 Staffing Sales Executives for a fast-growing national staffing firm changing how companies access talent. Fully remote. High earning potential. This is NOT an account management role. 💰 $71,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commission | Fully Remote | 3 Openings What You'll Do: Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size) Run the full sales cycle — outreach to close to onboarding Expand a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model to new clients Build relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, and CW Program managers Attend 2–3 industry events per year

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering)
  • Proven hunter — new business, not account maintenance
  • Strong relationships with decision makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering
  • Enterprise and mid-market client experience
  • CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must reside in US

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size)
