Job Summary: Coordinates activities between sites and traveler agencies, providing customer service and direct communication line to sites M-F 8-5. . Places requests to agencies for open supplemental staffing positions, reviews candidates and processes paperwork. Maintains files, and uploads all documents into the file keeping system. Ensures survey readiness at all times with personnel files and supporting documentation. Collaborates with clinical workforce as a team member and partner.

  • Collaborates with education team in the preparation and provision of updated training

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent
  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Five years' staffing agency or other relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service or billing
