Instead, it is a structured execution role focused on sourcing talent, formatting and optimizing resumes, managing applicant tracking workflows, and supporting candidate submission processes across multiple federal programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, comfortable working with AI tools, and able to follow structured processes with precision.
