What Your Days Will Look Like (Realistically) Matching caregivers with clients who need them Keeping schedules tight, accurate, and running smoothly Being the communication hub between families, caregivers, and leadership Helping recruit, onboard, and welcome new caregivers Jumping in to support nearby offices when needed Keeping the energy positive, the team informed, and the mission moving This isn’t a desk job where you stare at a screen all day. This is people work — fast, human, meaningful. You’re not just filling shifts — you’re shaping the experience of every caregiver and every family we serve.
Requirements
- You’re 18+
- You have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- You can work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- You live within a reasonable commute to the Fayetteville office
- You’re organized, dependable, and ready to grow
- Staffing/scheduling experience helps — but we’ll train someone who shows up ready to learn
