As the Staffing Coordinator, you are the heartbeat that keeps care moving — the person who lifts others up and ensures no one falls through the cracks. This role is fast, human, and deeply meaningful.

Requirements

• 18+
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Reasonable commute to the Bloomsburg office
• Organized, dependable, and ready to learn

Nice To Haves

• Staffing/scheduling experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers with clients who need them
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date schedules
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and leadership
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new caregivers
• Support nearby offices when needed
• Keep the team informed, supported, and aligned
