We are currently seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling needs of nursing staff in all inpatient programs in conjunction with Program Coordinators. This individual coordinates the assignment of pool and float staff to supplement program schedule vacancies and staffing needs. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prefer prior hospital and staffing experience.
Prefer knowledge base of clinical needs for staffing purposes.
Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
