About The Position

Staffing Coordinator Job Summary: The Staffing Coordinator role supports CMPE leadership through administrative duties related to staffing, scheduling, hiring, and communication. This role is the main point of contact for all servers/bartenders and also assists the Human Resources Manager, General Manager and Operations/Training Manager in reviewing, scheduling and processing prospective associates, onboarding and training. To be successful, the candidate for this role must be organized and able to balance many administrative tasks and multitask throughout the day. Starting at $22/hour depending on experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of catering or venue experience
  • Familiar with Nowsta (scheduling/timekeeping platform)
  • Familiar with UKG (HR/payroll platform)
  • Thives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering genuine hospitality to our fellow associates.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage Nowsta Event Scheduling; ensure full staffing 8+ weeks out for FOH Associates.
  • Manage Temp Agency staffing needs when necessary.
  • Monitor and update BEO information and staffing needs.
  • Attend weekly BEO Meetings and weekly Staffing check-ins.
  • Communicate with Associates to fill shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Attending large events for onsite support for staffing and uniform distribution.
  • Send weekly staffing report to the Management, Sales, and EC Teams.
  • Assist with FOH Annual Reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers & Event Sales Producers to create alternate shift types (split shifts, early departure/late arrival.
  • Uniform management; inventory, dry cleaning, distribution, and ordering.
  • Coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups at dry cleaning with Event Services Team
  • Gather Temp Agency uniform needs for each event and confirm it will be put on correct truck.
  • Update Mandatory Dates and Tracker
  • Communicate with ECs and Sales regarding immediate call offs and staffing changes.
  • Update Associate Action Logs
