Dean’s Professional Services is looking for a Healthcare Staffing Coordinator who is energized by people, motivated by results, and driven to deliver exceptional service to healthcare professionals and the clients who rely on them. Requirements

2+ years of staffing and recruiting experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically, act intuitively, and provide creative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
High-speed internet for remote work capabilities.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare staffing experience is a plus!
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Recruit and place healthcare professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles
Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and healthcare clients
Match the right personality and skills to the right environment
Guide candidates through onboarding and credentialing steps
Keep documentation accurate and ensure compliance standards are met
Stay in touch with employees and clients to ensure smooth assignments
Solve problems quickly and proactively when challenges arise
