About The Position

Stonehenge of Ogden Come join our team and start making a difference! This is a non-exempt, hourly position responsible for the planning nursing staff schedules in a skilled nursing facility. The employee holds a certification as a nurse aide/nursing assistant and may provide direct care in this capacity.

Requirements

• CNA license is required
• Previous staffing experience is required
• Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations
• Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies
• Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements
• Keeps attendance records
• Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.
