In this on-site role, you'll be the face of our staffing operations—connecting job seekers with great opportunities, supporting daily recruitment functions, and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (staffing agency experience is a plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Comfortable conducting in-person and phone interviews, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with local clients and job seekers, acting as the primary contact for staffing needs, job placements, and ongoing support.
  • Welcome walk-in candidates and job applicants, conduct interviews, and guide them through the hiring process from application to placement.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by managing new hire paperwork, coordinating background checks, and preparing candidates for their first day.
  • Keep operations running efficiently by maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generating reports, and assisting with general branch tasks.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills to ensure the best match between applicants and open positions.
  • Partner with recruiters and branch leadership to plan staffing strategies, meet hiring goals, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction.
  • Assist with job postings, career fairs, and other recruitment initiatives to expand the local talent pool.
  • Monitor candidate performance and check in with clients to ensure successful placements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on local job market trends and help anticipate future staffing needs.
