About The Position

Provides administrative support for Eagle Brook’s employment processes Serves candidates and staff during the hiring process by responding to questions, scheduling interviews and providing resources Gathers and maintains accurate and up-to-date staffing and employment records Manages the administrative handoff from staffing to new hire orientation, payroll and benefits Reports to the Staffing Manager ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assists the Staffing Manager with initiatives for recruiting internal and external candidates Posts open positions on applicable platforms Coordinates and schedules interviews, meetings and recurring hiring events in collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Staffing Manager Acts as the main point-of-contact for applicants throughout the hiring process for staffing-related inquiries Serves as Eagle Brook’s ambassador to candidates participating in hiring events Responds to basic staffing-related questions from applicants, supervisors and interviewers Maintains tracking systems that capture the status of candidates using an ATS and other tools Facilitates new hire background checks Coordinates with Human Resources Team to ensure a smooth transition of newly hired staff to the onboarding process Maintains an organized electronic filing system under the guidance of the Staffing Manager Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, as needed Creates and maintains efficient and effective administrative processes at the direction of the Staffing Manager Manages the ordering and inventory of staffing-related resources and supplies Initiates onboarding, including facilitating background checks, for Creative team on-call and casual roles Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external applicants Upholds a strict level of confidentiality Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience working in a human resources or related field
  • Basic knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies and procedures
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Adaptable and performs well in a high-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Relational and service oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Recruitment sourcing experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • HRIS experience

Responsibilities
