About The Position

Staffing Coordinator – Pediatric Home Care (Phoenix Branch) Dependable Health Services is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our pediatric home care division in our Phoenix branch. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our skilled nursing and respite clients receive the care they need by effectively managing staffing operations and supporting recruitment efforts. What You’ll Do Coordinate and manage staffing needs for a variety of pediatric clients Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, and hiring processes Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination Support the planning and execution of orientation and training programs Build and manage employee schedules, shifts, and assignments Track timekeeping and manage time-off requests Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations Prepare reports related to staffing and operational needs What We’re Looking For Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role (preferred) Strong knowledge of staffing practices and procedures Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Basic computer skills (email, texting, Microsoft Office) Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments Preferred Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience 0–2 years of home health or related experience (preferred but not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Bi-weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits Paid Time Off (accrual-based) 6 paid holidays A supportive, team-focused work environment Equal Opportunity Employer Dependable Health Services is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Requirements

  • Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role (preferred)
