About The Position

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina. The primary purpose of the Staffing Coordinator position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget, census, and directives from facility administration. Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Experience with PCC
• Previous staffing experience
• Compassion for an underserved population

Nice To Haves

• A CNA certification in good standing in South Carolina is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration

• $21-26/hr. based on experience
