About The Position

The Bethlehem office is looking for someone who can maintain a flow of care that is organized, predictable, and people‑centered. This role is the hub of communication — the person who knows what’s happening, who needs what, and how to keep caregivers and clients aligned. If you enjoy structure, fast‑moving days, and being the person everyone trusts to keep things on track, this is your kind of work.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Comfortable commuting to the Bethlehem office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and adaptable

Nice To Haves

• Scheduling or staffing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules
• Update the schedule as needs shift throughout the day
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and leadership
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new‑hire support
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes
• Coordinate with nearby offices when volume increases
• Support the overall stability and efficiency of daily operations
