As our Staffing Coordinator, you are the operational heartbeat — matching the right caregiver to the right client and keeping daily care running smoothly.

This is fast‑paced, people‑centered work with real impact every single day.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Reasonable commute to the Luzerne office
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• Staffing or scheduling experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers with client schedules
• Maintain accurate, real‑time scheduling
• Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Welcome and guide new caregivers
• Assist nearby offices when needed
• Keep the care team informed, supported, and connected
