Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

  • The staffing coordinator performs functions that support nursing services to ensure optimal workflow regarding staUKGng, UKG scheduling, and attendance records.
  • Prepares staffing and scheduling reports.
  • MUKGges UKG scheduling and attendance records in coordination with nursing unit managers.
  • PRNure PRN/float pool employees fulfil their requirements.
  • Timely and accurately tracks cost center changes made to staff schedules, ensuring appropriateness of moves.
  • Assists in obtaining replacement staff to ensure optimal staffing levels and appropriate utilization of staff resources.
  • Timely and accurately update schedules to reflect call-ins.
  • Works collaboratively with other staffing coordinators to ensure reporting and communication are accurate.
  • Works collaboratively with the nursing director, manager, and supervisor on daily staffing plans, based on predictive scheduling system, unit census, acuity, and staff availability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office/hospital environment.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail, project management, process management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, report running, and report analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to learn and navigate the timekeeping system.
  • Ability to work with others in a positive and effective manner.
  • Previous bed management and staffing experience preferred.
