Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience within staffing industry or administrative experience is preferred
Bilingual abilities (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem-solving

Experience with Avionte BOLD is a plus

Responsibilities

Facilitates client specific processes or requests (i.e. orientations)
An aptitude for foreseeing client’s needs to ensure prepared candidate pool
Cultivate a positive working environment
Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals
Track time and attendance of temporary employees using onsite timekeeping system
Communicates to branch on staffing needs/volume
Acts as the first level of conflict resolution for any onsite issue
Ensures that both the client and Accurate are compliant with safety regulations
