About The Position

We provide services to clinically excellent community hospitals across the country that are dedicated to ensuring quality, compassionate care for every patient, every time. Responsibilities The Corporate Staffing Coordinator & Trainer is responsible for daily operations that include providing support and training on staffing management systems and applications. Under the direction of corporate leadership, Coordinator implements all staffing applications and support that are utilized by corresponding facilities. Additionally, works as a Trainer with local staffing and leadership teams to train them on staffing applications, staffing policies and procedures, staffing best practices, as well as productivity metrics. Maintains and produces routine and ad-hoc staffing reports as requested and when needed while managing staff schedules.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in healthcare supporting staffing and patient acuity systems (preferably in an acute care setting).
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience and understanding of nurse staffing ratios.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working in project management.
  • Experience and willingness to work across different states while managing schedules.
  • Previous experience with ShiftWizard application.
