About The Position

Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Staffing Assistant with our team in Home Health/Hospice! The Staffing Assistant participates in the coordination and appropriate allocation of personnel to the patients of Home Health and Hospice based on patient census/acuity data; assists with statistical information, follows and supports personnel policies and procedures. In this role, you will support and assist a team, including the Clinical Specialist RNs, other Clinical Staffing/Support Assistants and clinicians.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience required
• Computer data entry skills required
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to be flexible and work well with others required

Nice To Haves

• Computerized staffing/scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate personnel to patients based on census/acuity data.
• Assist with statistical information related to staffing.
• Follow and support personnel policies and procedures.
• Support and assist the Clinical Specialist RNs and other staff.

• Pay range: $17.95 - $26.94 per hour
