The Staffing & Operations Manager is a key leader within the GP Strategies Digital Performance Team (DPT), responsible for ensuring the right talent, processes, and operational discipline are in place to support a high‑visibility, client‑facing digital performance program. Reporting to the Learning & Operations Director, this role owns workforce planning, staffing strategy, talent lifecycle management, productivity tracking, SLA performance, and internship program execution. You will partner closely with internal leaders, HR, recruiting, and client stakeholders to ensure operational stability, scalability, and an exceptional employee experience.
