About The Position

Staff Vice President (VP) Digital Experience and Engagement Location May be located in any Elevance Health PulsePoint office preferably in Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Mason, OH, Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA or Woodland Hills, CA. This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. Summary Responsible to create and drive enterprise self-service, digital product and experience and personalization strategy in partnership with key technology engineering teams to implement an end-to-end signature experience and create consumer outcomes across human and digital channels of interaction. Team Scope 3 direct reports / 20 total FTE’s

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Human Centered Design, experience to design and implement systems, processes to transform consumer experience through integration of multi-channel, omni-channel analytics, product management, product strategy experience or programming environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for shaping the digital experience strategy, including internal and external alignment, competitive benchmarking, with a focus on driving simplification and affordable care journeys for our consumers
  • Develop business case and enterprise alignment and sign-off on value of key digital and conversational AI experience investments
  • Leads implementation and execution of an AI-enabled self-service roadmap for the company including the advancement of conversational AI, Virtual Assistant and
  • Responsible for omni-channel product prioritization (IVR, Chat, Sydney Health and other digital experience tools) to achieve consumer engagement and experience objectives
  • Leads strategic partnerships with digital health partners to curate the experience of the future
  • Liaison with key stakeholders and business leaders for digital experience priorities, including resolution of systemic root causes,
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
