About The Position

Position Summary... The Staff Designer is a senior-level contributor responsible for leading design initiatives, setting creative direction, and delivering high-quality design solutions across multiple projects. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, mentors junior designers, and ensures that all design work aligns with business goals and brand standards. What you'll do... Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual, interaction, and/or product design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring others
• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 4 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate)
• Driving product development in a user experience area
• Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area
• Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare)
• UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area

• The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
