The Staff Travel Professional, working under general supervision, is responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of routine travel plans and arrangements for corporate travelers. The role assists clients in logistics coordination, accommodation management and on-site hospitality services. The role assists in procuring necessary travel documentation including passports, visas, or other clearances etc. The role is responsible for all the coordination with clients and aligning travel needs with company travel budget. Gains experience, completes moderately complex tasks, and develops skills, under general supervision, actively participates in change efforts and establishes influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders in travel and hospitality domain, cultivating effective working connections. Establishes effective relationships, achieves strategic results using business acumen, and actively remediates issues, optimizing problem-solving through multi-discipline knowledge. Identifies, diagnoses, and recommends solutions to complex problems, coordinates assignments across functional areas, and demonstrates detailed functional mastery, contributing to company goals and decision-making. Assists in ensuring excellent customer service to travelers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience. Evaluates and recommends solutions independently, assesses discipline-specific risks, and demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete assignments, contributing to collaborative, goal-oriented team efforts. Assists in making reservations and bookings for accommodations, flights, rental cars, and other travel-related services and ensuring smooth coordination of travel plans with clients. Completes administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping and assist with billing, invoicing, and financial transactions. Assists in ensuring compliance with travel policies, industry regulations, and security procedures and implementation of security protocols to safeguard clients. Develops an understanding of pre-established guidelines and policies related to the arrangement of corporate travel and accommodation. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in areas such as Travel and Hospitality Operations, Travel and Hospitality Management or a related field. Industry experience is preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required.
