The Staff Therapist I provides clinical services to children and youth with illegal sexual behaviors and their families. This role involves completing assessments, conducting risk assessments, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling services. The therapist coordinates work with a designated treatment team and travels within the program's catchment area to meet with clients, families, and professionals at various locations including juvenile courts, community partners, and client homes. Additionally, the position supports the program's research and evaluation projects by maintaining databases, organizing and managing research data, extracting and preparing data, analyzing performance and outcomes, and collaborating with the research team on scholarly articles, presentations, literature reviews, and grant proposals.
