SUMMARY Provides exceptional customer service, and create a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests. Should be knowledgeable on all activities and lesson structures at the Club. Maintains the Pro Shop and courts area in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Responsibilities
- Operate Point of Sale making accurate and clear tickets on all pro shop sales.
- Receive merchandise.
- Organize merchandise.
- Dust and straighten stock.
- Assist with inventory and display of inventory.
- Register and collect: guest fees, tournaments and lessons.
- Answer telephone and keep detailed messages.
- Maintain clean Pro Shop area.
- Follow and enforce shop procedures.
